Fuerteventura is one of the Canary Islands. It is THE place to be for golfsurfing and beach lovers. The height of the waves, the beautiful lagoons and amazing white beaches with sand dunes and maximum hours of sunlight make this resort a haven for surfers and beach bums from all over Europe. It will not take you long to find the perfect beach to surf and this is why many keen surfers hang around this awesome part of the world.
The island is 100km off the North African Coast and is the biggest of the Canary Islands after Tenerife. Is has the longest beaches of the archipelago. This is a sure bet for the sun and water lovers among us. Most consider the beach town of Corralejo to have the best surf in the Canary Islands as you can surf and relax here the whole year round. This is a very popular spot for many Europeans in winter as when the rest of Europe is in hibernation, Fuerteventura is still warm and still pumpin’.
North-West near by Corralejo you’ll find the quaint fishing village of Larajes. As well as well as a fantastic holiday spot Larajes, is also a shoppers haven.
In the main centre you’ll find many cozy bars and pubs. Here you will also find many English and Irish pubs. It is a great place to kick back and relax or party the night away.
There is always plenty to do here indoors and out. In the towns you will find Clubs, Pubs restaurants and local hang-outs. Outdoors you will find mountain bike riding, wind and kite surfing and many other outdoor activities. From the harbor you can catch a boat to the northern island of Lanzarote. In front of Corralejo is the island of Lobos where you can go sea diving or just enjoy nature.
One week prior to departure you will receive an e-voucher via email.
You will say in our guesthouse. The camp is a mix of kite- and golf surfers. Fuerte is the best place to learn how to surf. Not to mention how beautiful the surroundings are. This is the Canary Island!!!
